Good morning, 
I want to ask you something, honestly. When's the last time you were genuinely excited about what God is doing in your church?

Not hopeful. Not hanging on. Actually expectant.

Ministry has a way of shifting us from anticipation into endurance without us even noticing. We stop looking for what God might do and start just trying to get through the week.

Isaiah 40:30-31 has been a reset for me lately: "Even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall exhausted; but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint."

The promise here isn't just rest. It's momentum. Eagles don't glide because they're tired. They soar because something is carrying them.
