"For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven."—Ecclesiastes 3:1 (NLT)

There is a time and season for everything. We've all heard it growing up: "It's time for bed." "Hurry up! You're going to be late." "Get your chores done." Life has always moved in seasons, and it never stops.

Just like in the natural, there is seedtime and harvest, summer and winter, our lives follow seasons too. And as you follow the Holy Spirit, He leads you not just step by step, but season by season.

Here's what you need to understand: Being led by the Spirit isn't always dramatic. It's not always a voice or a prophecy. Many times, it's simply recognizing the season you're in, knowing when it's time to move and when it's time to stay.

Each season has value. Some seasons are for planting. Some are for preparation. Some are for growth. Others are for harvest. If you fail to recognize the value of the season you're in, you can miss what God is trying to develop in you.

In every season, there are lessons to learn, skills to develop, and character to build. What you gain now prepares you for what's next. You can't skip seasons and expect to succeed. God's plan unfolds in order.

Even Jesus recognized His seasons—when it was time to act, and when it was not yet His hour. Paul followed the Spirit's leading, even when it meant waiting for the right time.

So, don't rush. Don't compare. Don't try to jump ahead. Be faithful where you are. Learn everything you can in this season. Grow in it. Embrace it.

Because when you follow God step by step, and season by season, He will lead you exactly where you're supposed to be.
